Energy "Top Line" 8 Inch (20.32 cm) Stroke Welded Hydraulic Cylinders to Fit ASAE Standard Dimensions

Energy's "Top Line" are welded cylinder equivalents to standard ASAE tie rod type cylinders. These offer the advantages and durability of a welded cylinder design, and are fully serviceable. They have a 2,500 psig (172 bar) working pressure capability.

• 2" (5.08 cm), 2-1/2" (6.35 cm), and 3" (7.62 cm) bores
• 8" (20.32 cm) stroke with 20-1/4" (51.44 cm) center-to-center retracted distance
• Steel base and rod clevises
• Hard chrome plated 1045 steel rod
• Gray iron piston with rugged long-life bi-directional piston seal with nitrile expander
• O-ring and backup static seals on cylinder barrels

• Reliable double lip u-cup rod seal
• AN style wiper for scraping debris from rod surface
• Ductile iron rod guide retained by high-strength snap ring
• St 52.3 steel tubing typically skive-burnished to 4-10 microinches RMS (.1 to .25 microns RMS)
• 3/8" or 1/2" NPTF work ports
